900 g ground entrecote meat
100 g ground beef fat 1 tablespoon fine salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method of preparation
Mix the meat, fat and spices in a bowl.
Tip 1 - It is important not to mix too much so as not to create a compressed patty. The combination of the two types of meat is important, as it ensures a juicy burger patty due to the amount of fat.
Bering the desired size, put the meat according to the desired weight and create a round hamburger patty.
Tip 2 - Once we have created the patties, the patty can be set in the refrigerator for about an hour.
The burger can then be grilled in a striped pan or grill.
Tip 3 - It is very important to heat the pan or grill net well before raising the patty.
Roast the patty on both sides for about 3 minutes until you learn M.
Assemble the dish in a bun with the sauces you like and the vegetables.
