Gilchinger riots and lashes out

Gilching – A 27-year-old man from Gilching kept the officers of the Gauting police on their toes on the Whitsun weekend. Twice they were called because of him. And the list of allegations against him and those involved says a lot: threat, insult, bodily harm, dangerous bodily harm, damage to property and trespassing.

Already on Saturday afternoon, there was a serious dispute in a workshop in Gilching between the 27-year-old and a 52-year-old and his son (22). As the police announced, it was about a rental apartment, which belongs to the 27-year-old. According to the police, father and son did not want to move out despite their dismissal. The 27-year-old therefore sought out the two. The dispute escalated into a brawl, with a wrench being used against the landlord. This, in turn, had thrown various rims against the roller shutter and the glass entrance door, which had been damaged. The police were able to calm everyone involved. The wounds of father and son were treated in a hospital.

On Sunday afternoon, the police were called again because of the 27-year-old. "Obviously still angry because of the events of the previous day," according to the police, it had become violent between the 27-year-old and a 25-year-old Neugilchinger after a possibly provocative eye contact. The man from Neugilching fled with his wife to their apartment. A 26-year-old friend of the Gilchinger, whom he helped with the move, tried to hold the 27-year-old, but he did not succeed. He broke away and tried to find the 25-year-old, who had just happened to be passing by. According to police, the 27-year-old kicked in several apartment doors in the apartment building because he did not know where the 25-year-old lived. However, he only met completely puzzled tenants. When he finally found the Neugilchinger, he was caught up by his friend and detained. The police were notified via an emergency call, which arrived with five patrol crews from Germering, Gauting and Starnberg. However, the 27-year-old had already fled when they arrived. Search measures in the area were initially unsuccessful, the police continued.

During the manhunt, however, the 27-year-old returned to the friend's apartment and also demolished his car, apparently because he felt betrayed by the friend. After that, he fled again. The police finally found him at his home.

The damage in the apartment building and also in the workshop is estimated at about 1000 euros each. Both the Gilchinger and the Neugilchinger were only slightly injured in the brawl. Nevertheless, there is a legal aftermath to what happened.
