A 61-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in a serious traffic accident on Whit Sunday near Ainhofen. He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Ainhofen - A serious traffic accident between a motorcycle and a car occurred on Whit Sunday around 18:30 p.m. on DAH 16, a few meters behind the northern town sign of Ainhofen. The 61-year-old motorcyclist from the district of Dachau was seriously injured, police said.
The 61-year-old drove his motorcycle from Tafern in the direction of Ainhofen. In a curve, he came from an unknown cause in the opposite lane and collided head-on with the car of a 19-year-old, according to the police. The motorcyclist was thrown over the car by the accident. He suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital by rescue helicopter.
