Andrea Kiewel (57) was not stingy with praise when she hosted Anna-Carina Woitschack's "ZDF-Fernsehgarten" debut: The pop singer was "a wonderful artist" whose songs convey "pure joy", the 57-year-old enthused. Seconds later, the announced Anna-Carina Woitschack actually stood on the stage of the Lerchenberg in Mainz and performed her new single "Das Beste".
"1A-Schlager, 1A-Discofox, you can dance and get in a good mood," Andrea Kiewel cheered after the performance of the eighth-place winner of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" in 2011. In previous years, this was always prevented from happening on Sundays, stood in the "Immer wieder sonntags" star kitchen – where its absence is now simply hushed up. The fact that she has now exchanged Stefan Mross for the "ZDF-Fernsehgarten" due to the separation caused malice on the net.

On Twitter, as is so often the case when the "ZDF TV Garden" is running, there was a lot of blasphemy: "Is she processing her relationship with Stefan?" one user mocked, another scolded: "As soon as it's over with 'Again and again on Sundays', she comes here ...". There was no shortage of comments that went in exactly this direction: "Anna-Carina has certainly separated from Mross to finally fulfill her lifelong dream: to perform in the TV garden," it said in another tweet.
