MontanaBlack tells of a nerve-wracking traffic stop in which a policeman greets him with a pistol.
Buxtehude – MontanaBlack can often be seen behind the wheel of one of his expensive cars. But the Twitch streamer doesn't tell everything he experiences on German roads. A complaint was filed after MontanaBlack was stopped by plainclothes police and greeted with his gun drawn. The streamer unpacks how this could have happened and how the situation turned out for him.

MontanaBlack stopped by plainclothes cops – streamer reveals nerve-wracking traffic control
What happened? On Twitch, MontanaBlack likes to watch videos with his fans about police and traffic controls. In a Focus TV report on the use of plainclothes police officers, the streamer recalls his own crazy situation from 2022, when he was chased by an inconspicuous car.
After taking measurements, the plainclothes officers turned on the blue lights and only confused the streamer in his luxury car. MontanaBlack thought that they had to go to another mission and tried to let the car pass by driving in serpentine lines. We have included the video with the anecdote of MontanaBlack at this point.
Greeting the policeman: When the well-known "Please follow" sign lit up, the streamer was standing at a large intersection and wanted to turn so as not to obstruct the waiting traffic. MontanaBlack made an announcement to 50 km/h drivers and probably does not want to be seen by others as a traffic obstruction. With the turn signal set, MontanaBlack was waiting at the traffic lights when an officer knocked on his window with his gun drawn.
"All of a sudden, I'm frightened because my colleague officer knocked on my window with a pistol and shouted hysterically: 'Turn off the engine immediately!'"

"Pack away the shooter," MontanaBlack is said to have been Black's first reaction when he saw the policeman's gun. What the streamer didn't know at the time: just one day earlier, in January 2022, two police officers were shot dead during a traffic stop in Kusel. "That's why they were all a bit blown away – which is understandable," MontanaBlack admits.

Here's how the story ended: Due to the confusing chase, the officers are said to have suspected that MontanaBlack was trying to escape. Surrounded by four police cars, the streamer was accused of speeding, disregarding the overtaking ban and attempting to flee – but the charges were dropped. "And then I went to the casino," MontanaBlack gives the story something like a happy ending.

Traffic controls as a Twitch streamer: The story with the traffic control raises questions among the fans, which the streamer faces directly. "Are you checked more often? Simply as a matter of principle, because you are Monte?" asks a spectator.

"Quite the opposite," says MontanaBlack, explaining: "I really have to say that the police are already very relaxed towards me. Because a lot of people just follow me and know me and also know my values and also know that I'm a drug-free brother – I don't drink alcohol. Many younger police officers know this too. Nevertheless, I also have to blow sometimes. But in proportion I am not very controlled."
Even though MontanaBlack has clashed with officials several times, it is probably quiet when it comes to traffic stops. Despite expensive sports cars, with certainly slightly increased speed, the streamer is rarely controlled. MontanaBlack had a fan encounter at the car – it seems to be more the fans who thwart his plans in traffic.
