The expansion of the Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn grammar school is expected to cost around 46.1 million euros. A hefty sum.
Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn – The assembly of the school association has unanimously approved the preliminary planning for the expansion of the Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn grammar school. This means that the administration of the school association can apply to the government of Upper Bavaria for approval by the school supervisory authority. In the meantime, a qualified cost estimate is also available. Construction costs, including ancillary construction costs, are estimated at just under 36.5 million euros.
With a cost buffer and an increase in the construction price index, the result is 46.1 million euros
Taking into account a cost buffer with risk reserve of around 6.5 percent, i.e. just under 2.4 million euros, and an assumed construction price index increase of 20 percent, which corresponds to around 7.3 million euros, this results in a total of 46.1 million.

Transition from eight-grade to nine-grade grammar school requires more space
As reported, the scientific-technological and musical high school needs to be expanded. Due to the changeover from the eight-grade to the nine-level grammar school and because the school is to have five classes in the future, more rooms are needed.
