A new venture by Etiella Hyatt, winner of the ninth season of "Master Chef," comes just in time — just before this summer's heatwave. Hyatt opens "Auto Ice Cream".
It's a real ice cream truck. It will move around Israel and camp every short period of time elsewhere in the country. As early as next month (June), he will be running in an area where she grows most of the raw materials she uses with her family, in Moshav Mata.
This is what Etiella Hyatt's "Auto Ice Cream" looks like,
But as expected from the creative girl, when an "auto-ice cream" arrives in your regions, the dilemma between strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream will change to a dilemma between anise ice cream or quality olive oil ice cream. The flavors of ice cream will change from time to time, depending on the seasonality, location, hot trends and especially according to Hyatt's inspiration and desires. Among the flavors you can enjoy burnt beet ice cream with blush meringue, pumpkin ice cream with roasted and salted pumpkin seeds, milk ice cream with amarana cherry syrup and caramelized puff pastry, and much more.
The ice cream mixture is handmade and two alternating flavors will be served in the car every day. Serving will be done using a unique technique, from an American ice cream machine. The car will also be available for invitations to conferences, private events, festivals and fairs.
Hyatt opens Auto Ice Cream after the success of its food track, which is located in Moshav Mata between Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem. A food track that has become a place of pilgrimage for lovers of unique culinary.
