The new contracts with the railway via the Lake Starnberg connection will be available online from Tuesday. For privacy and other reasons, parts are blacked out.
Starnberg – As announced, the city of Starnberg will publish the new contract with Deutsche Bahn AG for sea connection and station conversion. As of today, Tuesday, the paper can be viewed on the city's website under www.starnberg.de under the heading "Economy, Planning and Building" and "Lake Connection", the town hall announced. The city administration points out that some passages of the contract have been blacked out for data protection reasons and to protect DB's trade secrets.
The Starnberg City Council approved the draft contract with an overwhelming majority on December 12, 2022, the statement continues. On December 22, 2022, the agreement was notarized, and on January 24, 2023, the board of directors of DB AG also gave the green light. The old railway contract had never been published, which had led to disputes in recent years.
