This is the solution that Mon Hangar offers to happy owners of motorhomes and other caravans who do not know what to do with their precious vehicles when they do not go on vacation. In a few clicks, this application allows them to find storage space in an agricultural shed rented by a farmer anywhere in France, for a lower price than a conventional guard.
"It's a citizen solution. Our goal is for farmers to be able to generate additional income by renting empty spaces. Once the connection is made with the customer, we take care of everything, "explains founder Joris Baco, who created his start-up at Lab'O, in Orleans, in the heart of a very agricultural region.

At 35 years old, this native of Perpignan is in his third business. The site, which is remunerated on the price paid by the user, has been operational for nearly a year and has already generated 150,000 euros in rent for the benefit of 200 farmers. "Not only is it cheaper, but it's safe because the farmer lives on site," he says.
Objective: to become a reference in France
Very well referenced on the Internet, Mon Hangar is also aimed at companies that would also need storage space, for example for materials or construction equipment.
To accelerate its development, the young company, which employs eight people, has just completed a fundraising of 1.5 million euros. Its objective is to improve the functionality of the platform and develop its audience to eventually become the reference in storage for leisure equipment for individuals.
