Highlights: Bardugo will be assigned to Galatz in the morning, contacts with Yaron Avraham. Sources at the station believe that this will constitute a double cracking. The station has not yet made a final decision on what time to place Bardugo and whether his plan will replace Reno's current 10-11 a.m. critical strip. The political purge in Galatzi, and those who may benefit from them: Deputy station commander Danny Zaken prepares within a few months to return Yaakov Bardugo to a serving slot in the morning. Lavala! Berenger learned that the intention was to give Bardugo a less controversial platform to express his views in a publicist setting. Sources at the station believe that this will constitute a double cracking - on the one hand he will not be considered a regular journalist, and on the other hand it will allow him to express himself in an even looser and harsher manner than the station's listeners remember from the time he presented the evening diary alongside Yaron Wilensky.

Either way, the station has not yet made a final decision on what time to place Bardugo and whether his plan will replace the critical strip that Reno currently serves between 10 and 11 a.m.

Meanwhile, Walla found out! Berenger Ki Zaken is in advanced talks with Channel 12 News reporter Yaron Avraham to submit one of the tracks expected to be vacated following the ouster of the station's veteran presenters. For Zaken, sources at the station estimate, Avraham's casting may soften the expected anger over his moves inside and outside the station, since in his view, Avraham, unlike Channel 14 presenters, some of whom are also in the crosshairs, is perceived as a "neutral" journalist.

Earlier this week, The Marker reported that Zaken intends to make dramatic changes to the station's programming schedule and oust veteran broadcasters who voiced a tone critical of the government and the regime coup plan – among others, Razi Barkai, Rino Tsror and Yael Dan were discussed. The contract of the three of them is due to expire soon, and according to the report, Zaken has no intention of extending it.

According to sources who spoke to The Marker, Zaken plans to carry out the measures as early as early July, thereby "paying his seriousness fee" – in the hope that he will receive a permanent appointment as commander of the Israel Defense Forces. Zaken has said on several occasions that he was not satisfied with the way the station covered the struggle against the regime coup, and only recently expressed implicit criticism of this when he "planted" a message in the Shavuot greeting that criticism of the phenomenon of refusal in the IDF should be toughened.

Meanwhile, last week Zaken announced his intention to stop cooperating with the commercial channels. This is a historic collaboration that includes the broadcast of the main edition on the station every evening at 20:00.

Earlier, however, Communications Minister Shlomo Krei was interviewed in Walla! Berenger gave a headline-laden interview, saying things that implied that Zaken himself did not really act with much independence when it came to making the decision. In an interview, which was broadcast in full on the eve of Shavuot, Qari said that he had recently conveyed a message along these lines to the old man. Zaken denied being pressured on the issue.

In this context, we should recall that the High Court of Justice will soon be required to decide on the issue of the legality of appointing a substitute Danny Zaken, who was appointed directly for six months by Minister Galant without succeeding the professional search committee.

The MPCsaid: "We will not comment on any speculation regarding placements in the station's broadcasts." News 12has yet to respond.
