Samaria was shaken today (Tuesday) after the horrific attack near Hermesh in which Meir Tamari (32), a mourner of two from the community, was murdered. Now it turns out that there is a connection between Meir and the victim of another shocking attack.
Three years ago, a terrorist murdered Esther Horgan in the Children's Fairytale Forest in northern Samaria after she went jogging outside her home town of Tal HaMenashe. Horgan, a mother of six, went jogging in a relatively isolated place, and after she did not return, her family reported it to the police and the IDF, and a search for her began. Hours later, her body was discovered dead, after she had been murdered by a terrorist who crossed the separation fence and ambushed her.
Benjamin Horgan, her husband, remarried Dalit some time ago and the two started a new life. Tal, Dalit's daughter, was married to Meir Tamari, who was murdered today by terrorists in a shooting attack.

Horgan asked not to comment further before the funeral. "I'm shocked and it's hard for me to respond. I am hurting and giving all my support to Dalit, my wife, and the whole family," he told Israel Hayom.
Michael Haddad Yeshayahu, a resident of northern Samaria who knows Benjamin Horgan, told his followers on social media about the tragedy. "Two and a half years ago, a shocking murder of Esther Horgan took place in northern Samaria," he said.

"Since then I have befriended and worked together with Esther's husband, Benjamin Horgan, who nobly and faithfully works to promote as much as he can. Benjamin Horgan met Dalit, a resident of Hermesh, quite miraculously, and they later married. This brought some joy and new light to life. This morning, Dalit's son-in-law was murdered in a shooting attack near the community of Hermesh, our neighbor, in northern Samaria. The name will universe His blood. I ran out of words."
