Meghan Markle showed off her "unladylike habits" in her "The Tig" blog

2023-05-31T05:21:36.458Z

Highlights: Meghan Markle's lifestyle blog "The Tig" was shut down when she got engaged to Prince Harry. The Duchess of Sussex has revived her former blog, at least formally. The mother of two fell in love and said goodbye to her blog into a new life. Meghan and her prince already got down to business in 2018 and tied the knot at Windsor Castle on May 19. It's a pity that 'The Tig' is currently (still) lying fallow, otherwise Meghan might have reported about it after a good glass of red wine.

Just a few months before Meghan Markle dated Prince Harry, there wasn't much going on with "Benimm." On the contrary, the Duchess trumpeted her "bad habits" to the world.

Montecito – The network doesn't forget anything. Also former passions such as Meghan Markle's (41) lifestyle blog "The Tig", which the current Duchess of Sussex shut down or rather had to shut down when she got engaged to a member of the British royal family, Prince Harry (38). When rumors recently surfaced that Meghan wanted to revive the lifestyle blog, which owes its name to its creator's favorite red wine, she woke sleeping dogs.

In January 2016, just a few months before Meghan and Prince Harry's paths crossed, Meghan apparently thought it was a great idea to let the world know about her New Year's plans. Not only did she speak out publicly about relatively intimate details of life, the former actress flirted with her "unladylike behavior." She wanted to leave it behind, she wrote, but in every line of the self-confessed feminist she somehow celebrated herself for her stereotypical attributes.

As goals, Meghan said she wanted to run a marathon, stop swearing and limit nail biting. Because she may have noticed while writing that she could be measured by her promises, she immediately notes that she does not intend to put herself down if she does not implement her self-imposed plans. She also wanted to "approach life in a playful way" and "leave room for magic," she continued.

Meghan has revived her former blog, at least formally

It's hard to imagine that Prince Harry would have fallen in love with Marathon Meghan, who was still biting her nails and cursing like a beer coachman, a short time later, but at least the "Room for Magic" worked. The mother of two fell in love and said goodbye to her blog into a new life. Since then, however, the Duchess has been hindered by an earlier entry for making derogatory remarks about Kate Middleton.

So while 2016 was still playful, Meghan and her prince already got down to business in 2018 and tied the knot at Windsor Castle on May 19. Two children crowned their love, but Harry and Meghan dropped their fifth wedding anniversary without saying a word. It's a pity that "The Tig" is currently (still) lying fallow, otherwise the Duchess of Sussex might have reported about it after a good glass of red wine. Sources used: dailymail.co.uk, news.com.au
