The career of Medicine has been at the top of the most demanded for decades, but since the health crisis caused by COVID-19, its enrollment has skyrocketed even more throughout the planet, especially the disciplines that emerge from it. Law, Psychology and Architecture take a high percentage of registrations, following a trend that is national. But beyond formal university studies, both generation Z and companies today demand other types of knowledge and pedagogical resources that need to be addressed.

Distance education deepened during the pandemic and proved to be a fundamental tool for many who could not attend face-to-face to start a university career. At present it is possible to study an entire career without going to an educational establishment. UM, for example, offers various virtual degrees ranging from Appraiser, Public Auctioneer and Broker to Interior Design.
Another trend that is beginning to stomp on universities is to teach skills that companies today consider relevant to develop their activities.
According to the educational consultancy Pearson, the most demanded by the labor market are still the human ones, called "soft". According to his study, the most requested are communication, customer service, leadership, collaboration and social and cultural intelligence.

The UM is the only Argentine university that made an alliance with Coursera, the most prestigious distance education platform in the world, and with the support of CognosOnline, a leading company in the digital transformation for education, offers its students in a non-tariff way the so-called Professional Skills Training Paths, a series of courses based on four axes related to effective communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, creativity and project management, as well as innovative technologies, whose mastery today is important for any job.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, by 2029 there will be an 8 percent increase in trades that require STEAM training, that is, linked to science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. Taking into account the emergence of new needs that will become crucial in the future, the University of Morón has expanded its academic offer, in addition to constantly updating its curricula. Registration is now open for the new school year that begins in August, with innovative and postgraduate careers such as the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the specialization in the judicial function.
These are dynamic times and universities like Morón are already giving answers to train the young people of the future.
