The events took place in Paulhac, 25 kilometers from Toulouse. On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, around 3 a.m., a 17-year-old girl broke into the room of her 14-year-old brother to stab him only once. The victim's prognosis is not engaged. An investigation for attempted murder has been opened, Le Figaro learned from a source close to the case, confirming the information put forward by the Dépêche du Midi.
The parents of the two teenagers were present at the time of the attack. They were awakened by their son's cries for help. The father managed to subdue his daughter while the mother alerted the emergency services and the police. The brother was transported in time to Purpan University Hospital.
An unexplained assault
Once there, the gendarmes of the Union community, supported by the Toulouse Saint-Michel research brigade, arrested the teenager before placing her in custody. "The defendant could be heard but could not give the reason for his gesture," says the Figaro the prosecutor of the Republic of Toulouse. According to the Toulouse prosecutor's office, the suspect "would suffer from autism". The investigation was entrusted to the territorial brigade of the Union and the research brigade of Toulouse Saint Michel. The military will have to determine whether there was premeditation in the attack.
