The team behind "Battle of the Reality Stars" is always good for a surprise. In episode 8, there is a lavish severance payment for the celebrity who throws in the towel on the dream beach.
Phuket – The current season of "Battle of the Reality Stars" (Wednesdays, 20:15 p.m. on RTLZWEI) gave viewers a new, dramatic twist in almost every episode: Sarah Knappik (36) was allowed to buy back into the show for part of her fee, while Percival (no age) and Emmy Russ (24) got a second chance despite their expulsion via returnee casting. Now the Sala has to be screened out again – with the help of a termination agreement ...
New "Battle of the Reality Stars" rule: Termination agreement brings 10,000 euros
Warning, spoilers: In episode 8, the finale is within reach for the remaining "Battle of the Reality Stars" contestants, but before they can fight for the prize money of a total of 50,000 euros, the group has to say goodbye to some more or less beloved comrades-in-arms. In order to persuade one of them to voluntarily leave, the production makes a diabolical offer to the participants.
Anyone who signs a corresponding termination agreement and thus immediately withdraws will receive 10,000 euros in return – which, however, will be deducted directly from the possible "Battle of the Reality Stars" prize of the others, as Lukas Baltruschat (29) reads out in the presence of his competitors. However, Emmy Russ is already gone: Because the influencer expects to be thrown out anyway, she dashes to the other end of the dream beach, where the freshly printed document is already ready to be signed.
Dramatic twist in "Battle of the Reality Stars": Percival snatches Emmy's signature
On the spot, however, Emmy Russ apparently has remorse of conscience: When she asks for the advice of Matthias Mangiapane (39) by shouting loudly, Percival, who is also counted, takes his chance: He enters the editorial office, locks out the 24-year-old and signs himself – much to the annoyance of the others: "Battle of the Reality Stars" top earner Sarah Knappik and the other Sala residents seem, since now a fifth of the possible main prize is missing.
Because the air is tight for Percival anyway, he finally signs the contract: He leaves the show, but receives a whopping 10,000 euros for it – which is deducted © directly from the "Battle of the Reality Stars" prize (50,000 euros) Screenshot/RTLZWEI/RTL+/Battle of the Reality Stars
Percival doesn't care: he needs the money to pay off debts, explains before his farewell – which is apparently just as easy for him as signing the contract. Until the finale, there are likely to be one or two surprises. A rather unusual insight into the RTLZWEI show was also surprising: Sarah Knappik revealed why her farts are not allowed to be broadcast on "Battle of the Reality Stars".
