This time, war is declared. According to our information, several dozen owners of Renault, Dacia but also Nissan (the other group of the alliance) will file a criminal complaint against Renault Group and Nissan, before the criminal court of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine), this Monday, June 5. The offences are serious – "aggravated deception, deceptive commercial practices" – and even serious, "fraud, destruction, damage and deterioration dangerous to people, endangering the lives of others", among others. The applicants, in particular, are the vanguard of a group of victims representing, to date, 1,782 persons.
