According to the indictment, filed by the prosecution unit of the Tel Aviv District Police, Bezeq's communication cables passed, inter alia, in the city of Givatayim through a communication pit located on Knesset Street in the city.

About two weeks ago, the three defendants were preparing to steal Bezeq communications cables, thereby equipping themselves in advance with metal sectors, a dedicated tool for opening the Gov, tow straps for pulling communication cables from the Gov, lubricant and work shirts that look like shirts of employees of a communications company.

In the evening about two weeks ago, they reached Gov in Givatayim, entered it and cut the communication cables that pass through it, in an unknown way, in order to steal them at a later date. Later, after three days in the afternoon, they re-entered the Gove, pulled the communication cables out of it and loaded them into the Citroën, causing total damage worth tens of thousands of shekels and cutting off 400 subscribers for six days.

The indictment also states that two months earlier, in March, the defendants damaged Bezeq infrastructure by reaching the Gov on President Street in Ashkelon, entering it and cutting the communication cables running through it, and in order to carry out the theft, the defendants came to the Gov a few days later and cut the communication cables passing through it, pulled them out of the Gov and took them, thereby causing damage worth tens of thousands of shekels.

"By their actions, the defendants willfully and unlawfully damaged the communication cables used as part of infrastructure lines, took and carried together the communication cables, which serve as part of infrastructure lines, without the consent of their owners, fraudulently and without claiming a bona fide right," the indictment states.
