Highlights: Swatch launches new MoonSwatch Mission To Moonshine Gold in France. Only produced during full moon of May 5, also called Flower Moon. Made from recycled gold from Swatch Group's own certified refinery. To get it, meet on Sunday, June 4 in Paris, at the Trocadéro, from 20 p.m. It will not be available online, as it is not a numbered or limited-edition watch, just a limited edition one with a pink tip on the hand.

The surprise marriage between a Swatch Bioceramic and an Omega Speedmaster continues to unleash passions. Its most lunar version arrives this time in France.

An evolution, not a revolution: on March 7, Swatch unveiled not a new watch in line with its MoonSwatch, but a new version of it. The most lunar of all, basically, since produced only during a period of full moon, as specified in the certificate accompanying the watch.
This special edition MoonSwatch Mission To Moonshine Gold is also recognizable by its second hand, which borrows its golden coating, pale as the reflection of the sun on the Moon, from Omega watches. An alloy made from recycled gold from the Swatch Group's own certified refinery.
Until now, such a special edition was not available in France. Here it arrives, as the brand has just announced via an Instagram post. To get it, meet on Sunday, June 4 in Paris, at the Trocadéro, from 20 p.m. Like the previous ones, it will not be available online. Of course, if it is not a numbered or limited edition, the fact that it was only produced during one night means that there are few. After the success of the previous models abroad, there is no doubt that this one will tear away just as much.
This time, after a pink tip on the hand for the pink full moon, the watches having been produced during the full moon of May 5, also called Flower Moon, its particular hand could well be inspired by it. A floral watchmaking touch to accompany the transition from spring to summer on the wrist...
