In Zolling, a 41-year-old was arrested in his company vehicle at the beginning of the week. He has been proven to have traded in medicines and narcotics.

On Whit Monday, May 29, a 41-year-old from Zolling was arrested with 135 grams of cocaine. There is a suspicion that he wanted to sell the drug profitably in the Freising area. The Erding Criminal Investigation Department has taken up the investigation.

Arrest without resistance

As early as January 2023, the entrepreneur was targeted by the Erding criminal police. A package addressed to him with around 200 grams of methamphetamine and 165 grams of amphetamine was confiscated by the police. Another packet containing around 180 pieces of Viagra was seized in March. Due to the quantities, illegal trafficking in drugs and medicines is in the room.

On Whit Monday, the suspect was arrested under the leadership of the Erding Criminal Investigation Department at around 21:45 p.m. by forces from the Mobile Task Force of the Bavarian State Office of Criminal Investigation in his company vehicle. Around 135 grams of cocaine were seized in a toolbox carried along. The 41-year-old was arrested without resistance.

Further incriminating evidence found during the search

In the course of the subsequent search of his apartment in Zolling, other objects typical of the scene, such as those used in drug trafficking, were found.

The investigation also led to the suspicion that the Zollinger was driving the vehicle without being in possession of a valid driver's license. He was brought before the investigating judge at the Landshut District Court on Tuesday, who ordered pre-trial detention.

Cyclists mobbed by passers-by - witnesses needed

With his bicycle, a 65-year-old Freisinger was on the road from the Untere Hauptstraße to the Obere Hauptstraße on Wednesday. In the area of the construction site, he was stopped by a previously unknown man and asked to get off his bike immediately. To emphasize the whole thing, the stranger pushed the cyclist, so that he almost fell. Since the stranger was very aggressive, a passer-by became aware of the incident and tried to talk to him in a reassuring way.

Furthermore, the incident was noticed by a group of people who also intervened in the event. The 66-year-old took advantage of this to distance himself from the aggressor and the situation calmed down again. The injured party, who was unharmed, did not report the incident to the police until the afternoon of the next day. The witnesses of the incident, who came to the aid of the injured party, are asked to contact the Freising police on 08161/5305-0.
