Gauting-Hausen - First the car owner from Hausen notices that the key of his vehicle is not hanging on the key rack. Then he sees that the car is no longer there either.
According to the Gauting police inspectorate, a 59-year-old man from Hausen found yesterday, Thursday, June 1, that the car key of his Fiat pick-up was no longer hanging in the hallway of his house. Subsequently, he no longer found his black car in front of his garage at home. Instead, a clearly recognizable lane led from the farm through a meadow in the direction of Perchtinger Straße.
Stolen vehicle from Gauting is put out to tender for manhunt
There are currently no indications of the current whereabouts of the rare vehicle, which was immediately advertised for search. A close-range search on the forest roads in the surrounding forests for the stolen vehicle, whose value is about 27,000 euros, was unfortunately also inconclusive, according to the police.
How the unknown perpetrator was able to get to the vehicle key of the Fiat Fullback has not yet been clarified. Nevertheless, according to the present circumstances, it can be ruled out that this is a case of so-called homejacking. In this approach, the thieves break into houses and apartments at night, steal vehicle keys and then the cars.
Not only is the Gautinger's car stolen, but money and cards are also missing
The 19-year-old son of the complainant also came to the Gauting police station yesterday and filed a complaint because his wallet including credit card, debit card as well as cash and various identification documents was in the car and was also stolen. (kb)
