"Strawberry Moon": Full moon can be seen in the sky all over Germany
However, this has less to do with its reddish appearance and is certainly not an astronomical term. It's more of a nickname because the full moon represents the strawberry season. The exact time of the full moon was reached on Sunday morning at 5:43 a.m. Therefore, there is a good chance that the June full moon can be admired in all its glory on Monday night (5 June), if no clouds cloud the view.

Many names for the full moon in June
In German-speaking countries, there are still the old names Brachmond or Brachet for the full moon in June. According to the portal "Time and Date", these can be traced back to the three-field economy: The agricultural area was divided into three parts and cultivated in alternating years – in June, the fallow field was traditionally cultivated.
