The eldest daughter of Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd is seeking a restraining order against her father, according to the Daily Mail.

According to the website, a Los Angeles court handling the application ruled that the case of 13-year-old Ella Evans, Griffid's daughter, and his estranged, actress Alice Evans, is classified as a "defense against domestic violence" case. The case was opened after an "incident at the home" of the actor and his current girlfriend, actress Bianca Wallace. The request for the restraining order also relates to the spouse.

The specific details of the incident were not revealed, but it was learned that the incident took place last week and that Ella's younger sister, Elsie, was also present at the father's home. The legal hearing on the matter is scheduled for June 23.
It's the latest disturbing development in a string of events that began in 2021, after Gryffid, 49, left his then-wife (Evans, 54) after 14 years of marriage. It was during this time that he met his current girlfriend (Wallace, 29), on the set of the Australian drama series "Harrow", in which he starred. Previously, the actor himself issued a restraining order against his separation, which prevented her from mentioning his name on social media for three years. In addition, the two, who claim to have financial problems, are still waging a stubborn custody battle over their two daughters.
