As the German Weather Service (DWD) explained on Sunday (4 June) in Offenbach, Monday will initially be mostly sunny and mostly dry. Only in the south are isolated showers or thunderstorms possible. The maximum temperatures are 23 to 28 degrees, in the far north and northwest 16 to 23 degrees. But already in the night to Tuesday it can come with lows between 14 and seven degrees to heavy downpours.

And the weather is expected to remain changeable and unstable on Tuesday. From Lusatia to the Alps, many clouds are expected according to the forecast. There will be showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain, especially between the Neisse and Werra. In the rest of Germany it will be partly cloudy, sunny and mostly dry on the Baltic Sea. The meteorologists expect maximum temperatures between 22 and 28 degrees, in the northwest near the coast 16 to 21 degrees are possible.

Weather in Germany: Wednesday mostly dry – but summer takes a break for now

On Wednesday it will be sunny and mostly dry in the north and south. There is a low risk of showers and thunderstorms in the Alps. Over the middle of Germany it is partly cloudy, in the course of the day showers and thunderstorms are to be expected. Heavy rain is possible locally. Temperatures climb again to 22 to 27 degrees, and 17 to 22 degrees are expected at the North Sea. Thursday and Friday will start again in large parts bright and sunny with up to 29 degrees. And Saturday will also be mostly friendly: In addition to scattered clouds, there will be plenty of sunshine, locally up to 30 degrees are possible.
