The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office today (Sunday) filed an indictment in the Jerusalem District Court against a 17-year-old resident of Beit Shemesh for committing sexual offenses against a two-year-old toddler and a nine-year-old boy two years ago.
According to the indictment, filed through attorney Miriam Ben-Gal, the defendant asked another 16-year-old minor to bring his toddler relative to their meetings, so on two occasions after picking her up from the daycare center, the minor took her to a building at a nearby construction site, where the defendant performed serious sexual acts on her in his presence.

In another case, the defendant approached a 9-year-old minor and offered him ten shekels in exchange for sexual contact, so the defendant committed indecent acts on him until the minor asked the defendant to stop, the defendant stopped and the minor left without taking any money.
The indictment charges the defendant with sodomy of a minor under the age of 16 without free consent and in the presence of another, indecent acts on a minor under the age of 16 without free consent and in the presence of another, and indecent assault on a minor under the age of 14.
The toddler's relative is under house arrest and a decision on his case is expected in the coming days. The State Attorney's Office asks the court to order the defendant's detention until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
