A 55-year-old man arrested Saturday after the death of a woman in Dordogne has admitted to being the author of the fatal shot that hit the victim during a "game" where she had put on a bulletproof vest, announced Sunday the prosecutor's office.
The day after the discovery of the body of the victim in Montpon-Ménestérol, the host of the "festive" evening where the drama took place said to have fired with a shotgun, which investigators found at his home on his indications, said Solène Belaouar, prosecutor of the Republic in Périgueux.

The other two suspects present at the party are an 18-year-old man with no criminal record, a friend of both the alleged shooter and the victim; and a third man arrested Saturday night, aged 20 and not known to the justice.
The presence of these three men at the time of the facts is established in particular by videos recorded by one of the suspects. The facts alleged against each of them will be "to be determined precisely" Monday at the end of police custody, added Ms. Belaouar. A judicial investigation will be opened on Monday.
