Wolfratshausen: In the middle of the night, three residents of the house on Gebsattelstraße in Wolfratshausen are awakened by the beeping of the fire detector. There was a fire in the basement of the building.
In the early morning hours of Monday, June 5, at around 2:30 a.m., the residents of a house on Gebsattelstraße in Wolfratshausen were woken up by the fire alarm. The three occupants of the house, aged 58, 55 and 25, noticed a strong smoke coming from the basement of the house. As reported by the Wolfratshausen police department, all three were able to escape from the building in time.
Damage to the house on the Gebsattelstraßen amounts to about 22,000 euros - no one was injured
According to the police, the cause of the fire is not yet known, but there is no evidence of arson. The fire damaged the water pipe of the house and flooded the basement - a total damage of around 22,000 euros.
The Wolfratshausen fire brigade was on site with 21 firefighters, two ambulances, the emergency doctor and a rescue service manager. No one was injured in the fire.
