The altercation between two CM2 students of the primary school was very violent. An 11-year-old girl did not hesitate to slash the back of another student of the same level, mid-morning in the Savignat primary school, in Créteil. The victim, suffering from a wound of a few centimeters in the back, was taken care of by the firefighters, "called as a precaution, details the rectorate of Créteil. The boy was taken to hospital after his mother arrived.
"This aggression occurred in the playground," confirms the rectorate, which specifies: "The weapon used, recovered by the police, is a minicutter in the shape of a cloud with a ceramic or plastic blade. "
The girl heard by the police
The girl was detained in the premises of the territorial security in charge of the investigation. This status is equivalent to police custody and is reserved for children aged 9 to 13 for a period of twelve hours, possibly renewable. "Only a magistrate can make this decision," says a person close to the case.
The girl reportedly came with the gun in her bag to defend herself from several students who were harassing her. Did she seek to defend herself or to take revenge? Had a report already been made to the school's teaching staff? "No report has been made in this direction," tempers the rectorate which immediately deployed staff in the establishment and specifies that "a psychologist should see the children witnesses of this attack".
Both parents were immediately invited to school. This event comes less than a month after the death of Lindsay, victim of school bullying in 4th grade, who had killed herself on May 12.
