The Comidista Invitado contest returns in June to celebrate its 10th edition. In the previous one we asked you for your best appetizers, and in this one we want you to send us recipes with one of the star foods of these dates: the tomato. This fruit has been giving us joy for decades in the form of starters, dishes or sauces, so we can not think of another better protagonist for this new contest.
The prize for the winning proposal remains as juicy as ever: we will publish in El Comidista the selected photograph and recipe. And not only that: the winning eater will also be able to enjoy a megalot composed of 26 different products from our beloved Petra Mora store. This pack, valued at 186 euros, includes delicacies selected by the company among the best producers, such as its extra virgin olive oil, its creamy cheese, its candied piquillo peppers or the red wine of Rioja Rosalba. And also other foods from Petra Mora's own livestock, such as beef entrecote.

But what should I do?
You have to send us a recipe as published in El Comidista, with the detailed list of ingredients and the preparation step by step, and at least one photograph of a dish that has tomato. It does not matter if you use kumato, cherry, pear or raf, or if it is integrated into a starter, a second or a sauce: the essential thing is that it has prominence in the proposal you send us. And that the recipe is original, of course, since the bases prohibit reproducing those that we have previously published on our website. Likewise, the jury will value the creativity and quality of the attached photos, because we will also take them if you are the chosen one.
How can I participate?
First, you must be of legal age. Do you remember the One, two, three? Perfect, you are older than a beach, you can already send the recipe and photos to the email@example.com mail with the subject "Guest Tomato Eater". If you prefer, you can also participate through Instagram: upload to your profile -by private message NO, please- the image of the dish with the description of the ingredients and steps to follow, mention our official account (@elcomidista) and put the hashtag #ComidistaInvitadoTomate. Be careful, you must have a public profile during the contest period so that we can see the publication.
The deadline to participate begins today at 08:00 in the morning and ends next Monday, June 12 at 23:59 at night. In a week you have time to try recipes with tomatoes until you have had enough of lycopene.

How do I send the prescription?
As we publish in El Comidista: with a detailed list of ingredients and with exact quantities. Nothing "like the size of an adult sesame parrot" or "like the cap they gave my cumin cousin." In units, grams, kilos, liters, milliliters, tablespoons or teaspoons, please.
Also, you must put the elaboration to follow in the same way that we do: written in infinitive, with all the steps in order and specifying the exact times or moments in the preparation. For example: "1. First, put in a casserole all the vegetables except the beans -spinach can also be added at the end and give them just a boil-, cover with plenty of cold water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for an hour and a half, replacing water if necessary. " And so on. The more detailed the description, the more likely you are to win.
Is photography essential?
Yes. The key is that your publication is the same as the one we get from the rest of the comidisters, with its recipe and its appetizing photos of the dish. If possible, horizontally and with a minimum size of 1500 pixels (nowadays almost any camera or mobile captures images with higher resolution, so you do not have to worry about that). If you upload it to Instagram, remember to save the original photograph, in case we ask you to publish it in maximum quality.
