After the 90th murder threshold in Arab society was crossed during the term of the current government, and in light of National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir's announcement that he intends to appoint a project to deal with violence in the Arab sector, Prime Minister Netanyahu will meet with representatives of Arab society on Monday to discuss the bloody issue.
The Ra'am party announced that it would boycott the meeting, after Abbas demanded that Ben-Gvir be fired from his post earlier today. All members of the Arab factions were invited to the planned meeting.

The Hadash Ta'al party published a list of demands for the prime minister, in which, among other things, they demand to cancel the establishment of the National Guard and to build an orderly police plan to deal with rampant crime.
Ra'am Party Chairman Mansour Abbas told Israel Hayom about cooperation with Ben-Gvir's projector: "When Netanyahu appointed Ben-Gvir, I conveyed to a senior Likud official that they cannot entrust the issue to someone who has not come into contact with the Arab public, so if you want to promote the appointment of the projector, it is important that he be able to work with Arab society."
Joint List Chairman Ayman Odeh: "Netanyahu called us to a meeting after a proposal demanded by our faction. We don't have the privilege of saying that we don't want to meet on this issue. We will turn over every stone to beat crime. Turning to Ra'am - this is the time to sit together, discuss together, and walk in a uniform manner. Do everything to win."
Ta'al MK Ahmad Tibi: "Ben-Gvir should not be in this place. In order to beat crime you need trust, we have zero trust in Ben-Gvir. The appointment of the projector must be consensual."
