In the midst of the internal struggle of Together for Change in the province of Buenos Aires, and the open discussion around an eventual agreement to incorporate Juan Schiaretti, a meeting between Patricia Bullrich and Fernando Burlando this weekend transcended. The meeting was also attended by Néstor Grindetti, the candidate for governor of Buenos Aires of the former Minister of Security.
The meeting was in a bar in Hurlingham, after an activity by Bullrich and Grindetti in that municipality. As clarified from the environment of the former president of the PRO, it was at the request of Burlando and she summoned Grindetti to participate in the conversation.
"There is nothing, we already come with everything quite defined and it was never contemplated. It was a meeting and nothing more, "said a reference of the armed Bullrich in the province, and attributed the dissemination of the photo on social networks to the internal PRO or Burlando himself.
"He wants to see if there is water in Together for Change. We see it as difficult. The feeling is that it will remain in that, "agreed another provincial leader of the hard wing of the PRO. The advance of an eventual negotiation could enhance the noises in the space, as they evaluated. Burlando has a controversial profile, and a few months ago generated repudiation for the appearance of José Luis Auge, one of the murderers of José Luis Cabezas, in a campaign spot.
Burlando launched himself as a candidate for governor, after the visibility given by the case of Fernando Báez Sosa, the young man killed by a group of eight rugbiers who in February were sentenced five of them to life imprisonment and three others to 15 years in prison.
In turn, the Radical Convention of the Province pronounced itself on Saturday in favor of the expansion of Together for Change, within the framework of the discussion for the possible incorporations of Juan Schiaretti, José Luis Espert and Margarita Stolbizer.
In a text, they resolved to "ratify the participation and belonging" of Together for Change, "establish the need to develop a government plan" before the end of the year and "call to expand the coalition with different political sectors, both national and provincial."
From the Provincial Committee, chaired by Maximiliano Abad, they lowered the tone to the pronouncement in relation to the discussion that escalated the tension in recent days, and that will have another chapter this Monday with the meeting between the presidents of the parties in the National Committee.
"The intention to expand is always included, then unanimity is required and depends on a discussion among all the parties that make up the coalition today," said a provincial representative of the UCR.
