Shakira returned to Barcelona at the weekendto attend the Spanish Grand Prix of Formula 1 and see Lewis Hamilton race with whom she was romantically linked in recent weeks. In that context, a photograph of them together was known that rekindled rumors of romance.
The Colombian singer surprised her followers by returning to the city from which she left with her children Milan and Sasha, after separating from Gerard Piqué. But the reason for this visit had nothing to do with the former Barcelona player.
After leaving the children with their father, whom they had not seen since they went to live in Miami, the artist went to see the driver of the motor race, nothing more and nothing less than from the Mercedes box, the team for which the British driver runs.

"It's nice to be back in Barcelona," she wrote in a photo she shared on her Instagram account from Montmeló, where the competition took place. He attended the sporting event with a cheerful look: pink sneakers, white skirt and a shirt of many colors, which he wore open to reveal the pink top, which he wore below.
Reports of an incipient relationship emerged in mid-May, when Pique's ex went to see the Miami Grand Prix. After this first meeting, they were seen eating together and spending an afternoon on Hamilton's yacht, with a family outing that included her children.
Lewis later further fueled these rumors by stating during an interview, "I need to find a Latina for myself." What was considered by fans as a nod to the Colombian-born singer.
But what really drove the followers of both, who closely follow the clues they are leaving, was a photograph of them eating together on Sunday night.
The image was published by the Sudanese-Canadian singer Mustafa the Poet, who was in that meeting with them and a couple of other friends, on his Instagram account, where he is followed by more than 350 thousand users.

Because of the way Hamilton and Shakira are sitting next to each other and his hand on her waist, the photo quickly went viral on social media and generated all kinds of comments.
Many of them included jokes and puns with the famous song that the Colombian released with Bizarrap, to talk about their separation and Piqué's new partner, Clara Chía. "Shakira did go from Twingo to Ferrari," wrote a user on Twitter and attached images of the former footballer and the car racer.

In mid-May, Shakira was present at the second edition of the Miami Grand Prix of Formula 1, which was held in the city to which she moved after separating from Gerard Piqué.

During the race, the artist was accompanied by her friend Tom Cruise. However, the event did not end there and continued in the evening with a dinner that included Lewis Hamilton.
It should be noted that the famous Hollywood actor, in addition to being friends with Sasha and Milan's mother, also maintains a great bond with the seven-time world champion British driver.
The meeting took place at the Cipriani Downtown restaurant and was captured by a person who uploaded a video to the networks and that went viral immediately.
And so the rumors were born that the singer and the car racer would be starting a relationship since both are single and accumulate several events in which they were shown together publicly.
