The discovery was made on Sunday evening, shortly after 21:30 p.m. The synagogue of Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine), was the target of tags. Numbers, letters and inscriptions made with a red spray paint were found outside the place of worship on Boulevard Gallieni.
The damage was committed on the façade and the entrance. A continuous line with a length of about 30 meters was drawn and a small plaque "in memory of the victims of Nazism" was covered. A triangle with the words "+ 1" was also drawn.
CCTV cameras are being exploited, an investigation has been opened.
