The successful duo regularly released videos on the subject of Tourette's, but after four years together, it's over, at least for one of the two.

The reasons: On June 1, the two YouTubers posted a video titled "Take care, we say goodbye," shocking their fans. Jan Zimmermann, who himself suffers from Tourette's syndrome, and his friend Tim Lehmann talk emotionally about the end of their career together. "This is actually the last video."
Since 2019, the two have been educating people about Tourette's syndrome and have published over 400 videos about the disease. Many of them also with a good dose of humor, but the goal of the two was always to fight for the acceptance of Tourette's in society.

With their open nature, Thunderstorms cracked in the head already in the first year one million subscribers on YouTube and were able to double this number over time. However, the channel is now over, at least in a familiar form, because the duo is disbanding. Despite the huge success on YouTube, thunderstorms in the head also came under criticism.
Jan Zimmermann already has other plans for his future and would like to withdraw from social media as far as possible. "The background to this is above all, after the positive outcome of my brain surgery last year, a lot of things have become possible from a professional point of view. Which I will now realize." Tim Lehmann continues: However, fans of thunderstorms in their heads can breathe a sigh of relief, because the account will continue to exist. From now on, Tim Lehmann will be solely responsible for the channel and will continue to produce content. The two have not yet revealed exactly what this will look like, but they will continue to be involved in positive causes.
To prevent any rumors, the two also make one thing clear: "You don't have to worry, we're still friends". Jan and Tim will continue to spend time away from YouTubers. "We knew each other before social media. Social media has always been a part of our friendship, but it's never been the whole friendship."
