A detainee for buying votes in Melilla, arrested for fixing football matches

Felipe Heredia, president of the CD Huracán Melilla, arrested on Tuesday for alleged match-fixing and who was also arrested for allegedly buying votes for 28-M.

The National Police has rearrested on Tuesday one of those arrested on May 23 for the alleged purchase of postal votes in Melilla in the face of the 28-M elections, although this time it does so for its involvement in another type of irregularities: the fixing of football matches. This is Felipe Heredia, president of CD Huracán Melilla, a modest team in the autonomous city that agents of the National Police Center for Integrity in Sports and Betting (Cenpida, of the National Police) place as the epicenter of a plot of irregularities.
