The objective is to quickly answer all the practical and legal questions raised by growers who want to recruit permanent or seasonal workers. "Agriculture has long operated in isolation. Family labour was predominant. Farmers appealed to retired parents, children and even neighbours. Those days are over. They must now recruit from outside. And, they must have hurt! " says Gabriel Dumas.

According to a recent study by the FNSEA, more than 20% of seasonal jobs in agriculture are unfilled and at least 40% of permanent positions.
