In the midst of the strong internal that exists in the opposition coalition, former President Mauricio Macri warned that Together for Change is "putting everything at risk" with the conflict that aroused the possibility that his political space decides to join forces with the governor of Córdoba, Juan Schiaretti. "It would be a shame," he said.
"
We are putting everything at risk and it is not known why, due to electoral speculation. Here we must not speculate, Argentina needs serious conviction with change, with what we are going to power for," Macri said.
During a talk at the Cordoba Stock Exchange, in which he was accompanied by the candidate for governor of Cordoba of Together for Change, Luis Juez, the former PRO leader said he had not "heard anything" that would "guarantee that the internal conflict around the possible landing of the Cordovan president is overcome."
"
I hope there will be a reflection. Suddenly they throw this bomb, as Patricia Bullrich said. This is a bomb in the middle of the coalition, with hours to go before entering the competition. I hope that the respect and dialogue of the two [PRO] candidates, Patricia and Horacio [Rodríguez Larreta], will really be recovered," he said.
In that framework, Macri affirmed that "unity is around a commitment to change, it is not unity for the status quo, that is a scam."
"If we're not going to do that, then let's not ask for power. For more of the same, let's leave these sellers of colored mirrors," he said.
