One week after the Gay Pride Parade in Jerusalem: The police have completed their operational preparations for the Gay Pride Parade that will be held in Tel Aviv this Thursday between 16:00 and 22:00.

Hundreds of police officers will be deployed from early morning along the route of the march, which will be marked by the half-anniversary of the event. The forces will also arrive at the gathering areas and nearby streets in order to maintain the safety of the participants, direct traffic and maintain the proper course of the march, in which the organizers estimate that tens of thousands of revelers are expected to participate.

The parade route will begin from Shalag Street at the corner of Herbert Samuel Street and continue until Daniel Street. The parade will be attended by 9 trucks of the city's leading lineups and gay community organizations. For its existence, many roads will be blocked.

As of 06:00, the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:

• Herbert Samuel Street from north to south between Shalag St. and Yehezkel Koifman St., including Service Road.
• Hayarkon Street from north to south from Jabotinsky St.
• Rokach Boulevard to the west from Ibn Gvirol St.
• Frishman Street to the west, from Dizengoff Street to Herbert Samuel Street.
• Trumpeldor Street to the west, from Ben Yehuda Street to Herbert Samuel Street.
• Geula Street to the west, from Hayarkon Street to Herbert Samuel Street.
• Zrubavel Street to the west, from Hayarkon Street to Herbert Samuel Street.
• Nehemia Street to the west, from Hayarkon Street to Herbert Samuel Street.

Starting at 12:00, the following streets will be closed to traffic:

• Hayarkon Street to the north, from Yosef Halevi Street to Y.L. Gordon Street.
• Yehezkel Koifman Street to the north, from Eilat Street to Yosef Halevi Street.
• Nahum Goldman Street heading north from Clock Square to Kaufman Street.
• Eilat Street to the west from Elifelet St.
• Elifelet Street to the north from Shlomo Road.
• Shlomo Road to the west from Elifelet Street.
• Mapu Street westbound from Ben Yehuda Street to Hayarkon Street.
• Ness Ziona St. to the west from Ben Yehuda Street to Hayarkon Street.
• Geula Street to the west from Conquerors Street to Herbert Samuel Street.
• Rabbi Aharonson Street to the west, from Hakovshim Street to Hayarkon Street.
• Nehemia Street to the west, from Conquerors Street to Herbert Samuel Street.
• Carmelit Street to the west, from Hakovshim Street to Hayarkon Street.

The next day (Friday) between 12:00-18:30, the main pride party will be held at Ganei Yehoshua Park with the participation of Israel's leading artists and celebrants from around the country and the world.

The event will be hosted by Nadav Bornstein and Lioz Levy, and on stage will appear: Iggy Waxman, Iz, Elin Golan, Echo, Jane Bordeaux, Chen Aharoni, Maya Bouskyla, Miri Mesika, Nono, Noa Tishbi, Noar Shulim, Neta Barzilai, Ness X Stilla, Ivri Leader, Eden Daniel Gabay, Omri Smadar and Shlomit Aharon, Red Access, Reef Cohen, Ran Danker, Shahar Tabuch, Shir Zuaretz and Tamir Greenberg. The DJ stand will be played by Eliran Halevy and Yinon Yahel.
