Alessandro Impagnatiello allegedly planned the murder of his 7-month-pregnant girlfriend Giulia Tramontano at least a few days before Saturday, May 27, when he stabbed her to death. To prove it, according to the investigators, other searches on the web by the 30-year-old, in addition to those already emerged and closer to the time of the crime, such as "ceramic burnt bathtub" typed a few minutes before the 29-year-old returned home. Meanwhile, on the day of the surveys in Senago's apartment and on the stairs leading to the garage and the cellar where the barman dragged, and then hidden, Giulia's lifeless body, Giulia's driver's license, an ATM and two credit cards were found in a manhole. From the investigations in the house, including the analysis of the footprints of the shoes in the house and beyond, other contradictions came to light on the dynamics of the murder and the concealment of the body reconstructed by the man during the confession.

Thus came confirmations of his criminal profile that, in investigative and requiring environments, he is defined by "manipulative narcissist". A person who, according to what has been ascertained, in every way made sure to "stage a suicide", making believe that the girl had left and then killed herself.

The prosecutor of Milan Alessia Menegazzo with the added Letizia Mannella, with the carabinieri of the Scientific Investigations Section, those of the investigative unit and the Compagnia di Rho, almost a week after the arrest of the barman, now in prison, returned to the house in Milan to find and take everything related to the crime, starting from the knife holder log above the oven.

Knives among which probably (the analyzes will tell) there is also that - indicated the barman who from today has a new defender, Giulia Geradini - used to kill. Among the many seizures also that of some bottles, including the possible container of gasoline with which Impagnatiello would have tried again to burn the body. Entomological analyses, then, will be able to clarify the exact moment of Giulia's death and when the corpse was placed outside. The inspection and technical activities also aim to ascertain whether he was helped to make the corpse disappear and clean up the house.

There are doubts that he may have done it all on his own at these stages and is looking into familiar environments. Alessandro and his mother on May 29 would have gone to a bar, according to the testimony of the manager, a few dozen meters from the place in Via Monte Rosa, about 500 meters from the house, where, on the night between May 31 and June <>, the body was found, to ask for information on the presence of cameras outside the room. An element still to be evaluated, along with others, for any profiles of aiding, not formally contested for now to anyone.

In the house many blood and biological traces were found: not only in the kitchen, in the living room and in the other rooms, but also on the stairs leading to the garage connected directly with the cellar. On the steps not only the ashes, the one of which a neighbor and a cleaning man had spoken, but also patches identified on the walls. All elements that will be taken and examined in the laboratory: the results, crossed with those of Giulia's autopsy scheduled for Friday and with the results of the analysis of the images of the cameras, could give a different reconstruction from that offered by Impagnatiello. They could lead to understanding the exact time and point where she was hit, if she reacted and tried to defend herself, and how many stab wounds were inflicted. In addition, there would be holes in the timing, schedules that do not add up, and above all it is thought that Giulia was thrown into the brushwood not at dawn on May 31, but one or two days before. There at that point, instead of the "sanctuary" made up of an expanse of flowers, letters and soft toys, a giant poster of Giulia has found a place. In the future there will also be a mural with his portrait.

At the same time, the carabinieri, with the support of the fire brigade, in the square near the Comasina metro stop sifted the manholes: in one, as Impagnatiello admitted, the day after the crime, at 7 am and before taking the metro to go to work, he threw his partner's mobile phone, credit and debit cards. He "burned his passport the night I killed Giulia". For now, however, no trace of the phone and this makes the investigators doubt the man's words again. While the ATM, two credit cards and the driver's license were found. Among the delegated investigation activities there are also, through telephone records, checks on those who after the murder spoke with the barman to verify if, possibly, someone was with him while he tried to erase the traces and hide the corpse. Finally, other evidence is sought to support premeditation and cruelty, aggravating factors that for the Prosecutor's Office are solid but that the investigating judge has excluded. Aggravating factors on which even the Tramontano family, as explained by the lawyer Giovanni Cacciapuoti, "wants to see clearly".
