Elon Musk had confirmed in mid-May the rumor of the arrival of this new CEO "within six months".
Former head of advertising at NBCUniversal, known for her performance, Linda Yaccarino has taken the reins of Twitter at a time when the social media platform is trying to reverse the decline in its advertising revenue.
She took in her boxes Joe Benarroch, former executive of NBCUniversal, whom she welcomed the arrival at Twitter on the same channel. Prior to joining Twitter, he oversaw communications strategy for the Advertising and Partnerships division of the Comcast-owned company, reporting to Yaccarino.
