In the Olympic Park there was a demonstration against Rammstein and Till Lindemann. Fans of the band and demonstrators clashed verbally.
Munich – Rammstein singer Till Lindemann has been heavily criticized in recent days. Several women had recently made serious allegations against Lindemann. They described to the Norddeutscher Rundfunk and the "Süddeutsche Zeitung" how young women were apparently recruited specifically for sex with the singer. They were specifically addressed at concerts and Instagram, then invited to after-show parties organized especially for Lindemann.
Two women are also said to have spoken of alleged sexual acts, which they should not have consented to. The band has since denied the allegations. On Wednesday evening, several people demonstrated against Rammstein and violence against women in the Olympic Park - shortly before the first of four concerts of the band in Munich.

Demonstrations against Rammstein: Fans verbally attack participants
Several people held up placards with messages such as "Solidarity with victims of sexual violence" and "The victim is never to blame." Some of the participating demonstrators spread out a large banner with the inscription "The system of individual cases" and several strokes. Women spoke to the crowd via megaphones. One of the women shouted "Violence against women is not an isolated incident" and the people around her responded with "Fight sexism, everywhere".
A few fans verbally attacked the demonstrators. One man shouted "Nobody would touch you" and another "Just because you can't get into the front row," reported Focus Online. One participating woman defended herself against the statements and called one of the men a sexist.
