It all began in December 2022 with the bucolic walk of a woman, accompanied by her small dog, on a small path in a commune in southern Finistère, Plouhinec. While everything is peaceful that morning, the animal that frolicks happily and its mistress see emerge from behind a tree an exhibitionist aged about fifty years, hood on his head and dressed all in black. Surprised and quite shocked, the lady then fled, her dog in her arms. It is by evoking her misadventure with relatives, that she manages to identify the man, "known as the white wolf on the commune", and to file a complaint.

The case was judged, with humor, on Monday, June 5 by the Criminal Court of Quimper (Finistère). The fifty-year-old, present and assisted by his lawyer, Me Gentric, displayed a relaxed and unrepentant behavior. According to his criminal record, the individual has already been convicted of similar acts in 2017. Interviewed by the gendarmes, he explained that he had been disturbed on the day of the events while he was quietly relieving a natural need. A version of the story that obviously did not convince the president of the Tribunal, Basma Moumeni, who asked him if he had a flushing problem at home, adding mischievously: "Our only and modest ambition is that you keep your sex to yourself.
