The expected indictment against Denis Mukin, 32, accuses him of the intentional murder of 19-year-old Diyar Omari in Gan Ner last month during a brawl on the Gilboa road. He will also be charged with drunk driving, disqualified driving and other offenses.

Last month, during a heated hearing to extend Mukin's detention, dozens of members of the Omri family and residents of Sandela held a protest rally at the entrance to the courthouse, demanding harsh punishment for Mukin.
During the hearing, Diyar Omari's family members burst out and chanted: "You murdered a little boy."
The incident occurred at the beginning of May at the western entrance to Gan Ner, during a fight that broke out between Mukin, a local resident, and Diyar from the village of Sandela. Footage of the incident shows the two men bickering outside their vehicles. Diyar is later documented returning to his vehicle as the suspect fires at him several times – until Diyar falls onto the road.
