The Justice decreed the bankruptcy of the San Up nebulizer factory, which had been bought with black silver by the former secretary of the Kirchners, Daniel Muñoz, and 72 workers were left unemployed and unable to collect any compensation.
Muñoz, former secretary of Nestor and Cristina, had invested 70 million dollars in properties in Miami and New York and an estimated 50 million in companies, real estate and cars in Argentina. Part of these 50 were used for investments in Argentina, including Sun Up. Muñoz died in 2016 of fulminant cancer.
Muñoz's widow, Carolina Pochetti, and her partners are prosecuted for laundering in a case annexed to the case of the Notebooks of the Bribes and with a cause raised to oral trial but without an initiation date.
San Up, which is based in the Buenos Aires town of San Martín, isa leader in the manufacture of nebulizers, pads and vaporizers.
The purchase of Sun Up was denounced before the Justice by the former accountant of the Kirchners, Víctor Manzanares, who became an accused collaborator in the cause of the Notebooks.

The acquisition was made through Carlos Temístocles Cortez, another of those prosecuted by Ercolini and Stornelli, with the support of the Llaneza brothers, who had pharmacies in Patagonia.
Sun Up had been founded by businessman Jorge Shemi and in 2013 passed under the indirect control of Muñoz.
Behind the purchase were financial movements through offshore companies discovered in the Panama Papers investigation of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
In a statement, the workers informed Clarín that due to the bankruptcy decreed by Commercial Judge María Villaroel and the precautionary order ordered by federal judge Julián Ercolini and prosecutor Carlos Stornelli they were left in that situation. Ercolini and Stornelli requested the precautionary measure to try to recover the assets that Muñoz stole from the State with that black silver surely coming from the payment of bribes by state contractors. In addition, the workers denounced a "hollowing out" of the firm.
The bankruptcy was decreed on the 29th of last month when the company was in the rescue period (Cramdown, in English). The cramdista was an importing company called Arimex.
The precautionary measure of the Federal Justice that "did not allow the commercial court to advance in the rescue process and the most affected were the 72 workers who were left without work and without compensation," said the former employees of the firm.
