At 78, Rod Stewart feels it's time for a change. The Scottish rocker, who won quite a few hearts from the 60s to the present, put his Beverly Hills mansion up for sale. Price? $70 million, small money.

What can you find in this house? Nine bedrooms and 14 toilets and, of course, a fitness unit, a bar and a dining table for 20 people, all on a premium marble floor. The mansion was designed for Stewart by master architect Richard Landry in the 90s.

And if you're a host and don't want guests to disturb you, you can send them to the house of the "poor" – three floors with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Appalling conditions.
