How difficult it is sometimes to entrust part of your work to your colleagues! Maybe because we imagine doing better and faster ourselves. Still, it is sometimes perceived as a problem. Right or wrong? "We often approach this question as a problem and from the sole angle of personality," says occupational psychologist Nadège Guidou. People who don't delegate need to control, control things or they lack trust in others." This is sometimes the case, she confirms but, according to her, "it ignores the characteristics of the professional environment in which this problem takes place."
