The arrest of L-Ghentfor the crime of "illegitimate deprivation of liberty with the use of a weapon" added a strong proof after the appearance of a video that was incorporated into the case and that would complicate the situation of the musician.
The filming is from the early morning of Saturday, May 27 at the exit of a bowling alley in General Rodríguez, which the singer had attended with friends belonging to the Cumbia 420. That group got into a fight with another in the area, in which there was a municipal employee from the Bicentenario neighborhood.
The recording of the security camera of a house recorded the movements of that morning. First, a man and a woman approach a patrol car. They talk for a few minutes and then disappear from the scene.
Seconds later, a white car carrying L-Ghent arrives at the scene and climbs onto the sidewalk. They intercept the two people who had spoken to the police and, immediately, a man gets into the vehicle through the right rear door.
The images end with the car accelerating at high speed. This is the moment when one of the victims mentioned in the case was taken captive.
After a few blocks, within the Bicentenario neighborhood, the musician found and threatened the second victim to get into his car. Those who were being held tried to get out of the vehicle, but the automatic locks were in place.
The singer was "uncontrolled and under the influence of drugs or alcohol," investigators told Clarín.
According to the complaint, L-Gante allegedly took Gastón Torres away threatened at gunpoint. That is why the musician is accused of "illegitimate deprivation of liberty aggravated by the use of firearms and simple threats."
"They put him at gunpoint in a vehicle and drove him for 45 minutes or an hour. Then they left him in a remisery and released him," said Leonardo Sigal, lawyer of the complainant and victim of the fact.

When asked what the reason was, he said that "the motivation was because they live fighting with everyone, they go to the clubs and if someone looks at them, it bothers them."
It was so that after a series of raids, L-Gante was arrested on Tuesday in the country Banco Provincia and transferred to the Departmental Delegation of Investigations (DDI) of Quilmes.
"I got in the car because I kill your wife and children."
Those behind the case confirmed to Clarín one of the phrases that L-Gante launched in the midst of his attack of anger: "I got in the car because I kill your wife and your children."

We have hard evidence to stop it. And as far as we have information, he would not have the corresponding permit to carry a weapon, "said sources of the investigation.
They described that there were insults and pushes in the bowling alley but everything continued in the Bicentenario neighborhood, in General Rodríguez, where Torres and another woman in her 50s live. The interdict was raising temperature until a shot was heard and a neighbor made a call to 911.
Police arrived in several patrol cars and identified those involved, but there were no arrests. At that moment, a young man from the 420 gang sent a message to L-Ghent to tell him what happened and ask for help.

Towards there went the singer, who came from a bowling alley in Palermo. First he went straight to Torres' house. "He arrived in his white BMW, totally out of control, out of his mind," they described.
And before several witnesses, he repeated to Torres at the point of a gun that he took through the car window: "I got in the car now and my friends better not fall into grey hair, because I kill your wife and your children," the source told Clarín.
Torres, who works in the Municipality of General Rodríguez, was at the door of his house when he saw the musician coming, who – until there – was not involved in the fight, and planned to greet him. "He never imagined that he would find himself in a borderline situation like the one he experienced. Of course he got into the car terrified."
In the BMW that drove L-Ghent there was another person in the passenger seat "also screwed up". The musician was the one who drove and "to the screams he turned around pointing at the man and going at full speed".
From there they went to look for the woman, involved in the initial fight. He also threatened her with a gun and in front of her daughter they made her get into the car.
As reported to this newspaper, it was possible to follow the route made by the BMW of L-Ghent. He is seen driving with a cell phone and a gun. And he communicated with someone to whom he said: "Prepare me the fifth that I will take you two packages to liquidate them."
Those who were being held tried to get out of the car, but the automatic locks were in place. "Go andtell the police that my friends have nothing to do with it. If you don't release my friends, you don't count it," L-Ghent repeated to them, even though his group had not been arrested.
It all culminated when a friend from L-Ghent contacted him. So, he dropped them off at a gas station, called them a remis and gave them money to pay for the trip.
