Dear readers,
After the rain of bombs, it is a huge flood that hits Ukraine. Yesterday morning, the Kakhovka dam exploded, spilling millions of cubic meters of water on the south of the country and forcing Kiev to evacuate 17,000 civilians. If the responsibility for the sabotage is not established with certainty, Europeans and Ukrainians denounce a Russian war crime with dramatic consequences.
Those responsible for high prices in supermarkets are more clearly identified. According to Bercy, it is the agri-food manufacturers, who refuse to lower their prices and see their margins soar. And the government intends to make them bend.
We will then go to the Taiwan Strait, where Chinese and American warships are silent, and to Saudi Arabia, where we are passionate about football.
