Flags, demands... Near the Laiterie de Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel (LSDH), strikers take turns on the picket line set up near the entrance to the factory. The movement has been going on for two weeks. This is a first in this large company that employs more than 600 employees to package milk and fruit juices. And for now, no outcome is in sight.
The strikers are demanding an upward revision of the wage agreement signed by the CFDT at the end of mandatory annual negotiations. On 31 May, a delegation of six strikers was received by management. But the meeting ended in failure.

"We want a €300 increase, 185 euros more than what was signed, and we are also asking for an improvement in working conditions," said CGT trade unionist Abdelak Ahmaidi.
Management deplores the blockage
The movement, which began on May 23, was renewed earlier this week at a new general assembly. Initially, it mobilized about 150 strikers, and on Tuesday night, there were still about 80 to strike. The CGT accuses the management of playing for time to avoid having to negotiate.
For its part, it ensures that "many employees return to work. " Very clear instructions have been given so that striking and non-striking employees find a peaceful and benevolent work collective, "she adds in a statement, while deploring a new blockage, Tuesday, at the entrance reserved for staff of the site.
The strikers, for their part, say they are still determined and are waiting for the organization of a new meeting. According to Abdelak Ahmaidi, the departmental directorate of employment, labor and solidarity of Loiret asked at the end of last week the boss Emmanuel Vasseneix to reopen the dialogue. But for the moment no meeting is scheduled.
