Ammersee – Life on tour may sound exciting and varied, but it can also be hectic and uncomfortable. Intensive rehearsals, performances in front of a screaming audience and then long journeys in the tour bus: after the end of a concert series, many musicians certainly treat themselves to a break – including Helene Fischer (38), as the pop queen has now revealed.

Since the end of April, Helene Fischer has been touring the country with her "Rausch" tour, bringing the songs from her album of the same name to the stage in a program staged by Cirque du Soleil. The chart-topper plays a total of 70 concerts and has a cohort of dancers, background singers and crew members in tow. After their performance at the ZAG Arena in Hanover on 18 June, there will be a summer break, and the live spectacle will continue on 25 August in Cologne's Lanxess Arena.
Finally having time for herself and her family again for almost the whole summer – a reason for Helene Fischer to celebrate. Because even though she inspires millions with her music and fills the biggest event locations, she seems to have taken a liking to a quieter life. "I've become a real housemother," schlager.de quotes the "Zero on 100" interpreter, "Oh, I love to do mundane things like sizzle or do housework somehow. I think it's so relaxing and beautiful."

Helene Fischer's "Rausch" tour is a live event of superlatives, even if things don't always go smoothly. For example, Germany's reigning pop queen confused the city at a concert in Oberhausen and almost scorched her buttocks on a red-hot spotlight at another performance. Despite these small mishaps, she gives her loyal fans great joy with every performance – and herself too. As Express recently reported, Helene Fischer could earn around 225,000 euros with each evening of the "Rausch" tour.
