In the midst of the tension in the search to add Juan Schiaretti to Together for Change, the Civic Coalition, the Radical Civic Union and the Federal Republican Meeting put pressure on defining the incorporation of José Luis Espert to the opposition space.
They did so through a statement signed by the presidents of the three forces: Maxi Ferraro, Gerardo Morales and Miguel Ángel Pichetto.
"We ask the PRO to decide, on a peremptory basis, on the integration of Avanza Libertad and Jose Luis Espert," they said in a statement, after the resolution adopted by the National Council of PRO.
On Tuesday, the National Assembly, which appointed Federico Angelini and Eduardo Macchiavelli, president and secretary general of the Council respectively, concluded "to advance in the negotiations aimed at the incorporation" of Espert, but did not effectively vote on his entry.

"This request is due to the fact that we have this resolution pending for more than a month and we are close to carrying out our party instances to ratify and / or define the framework of alliances," they said in the brief presented on Wednesday.
In addition, they pointed out that Argentina needs a "united, plural and responsible" Together for Change, focused on the problems that Argentines are going through and not on internal or sterile sectarianism.
"With the same vocation of 2015 and 2019 let's expand our space to beat Kirchnerism and begin to lay the foundations for a true consistent and sustainable change over time," the statement concludes.
The crisis over the new additions to Together for Change erupted on Sunday night, when Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, with the support of some radical referents and the Civic Coalition, made public his request to add Juan Schiaretti to the front.

Immediately the main opponents of the idea came to the crossing: Mauricio Macri, Patricia Bullrich and Luis Juez, along with all the Cordovan radicalism.
The crosses and criticisms of both sides resulted in that this Tuesday night, unexpectedly, Rodríguez Larreta tried to advance in his purpose of incorporating Juan Schiaretti and José Luis Espert to Together for Change with the call to the National Council of the PRO.
It was an emergency call, which was made this Tuesday from 19, but finally did not prosper in the terms intended by the head of government. At the end of the meeting, referents of Larretismo and Macrismo agreed on a joint pronouncement without the additions being confirmed.
The debate for the incorporation of José Luis Espert
The urgent call of Macchiavelli, secretary general of the PRO and very close to Rodríguez Larreta, reached the members of the Council after 18, with the theme that generated so much tension in recent days: "Politics of alliances". From the larretismo they limited in principle the discussion to the entrance of José Luis Espert.
According to referents aligned with the head of the Buenos Aires Government, in that party body the numbers favored that sector on which Mauricio Macri and Patricia Bullrich respond, both against the entry of Schiaretti and Espert.

From what Clarín could learn, members of the Council aligned with Rodríguez Larreta sought to move forward with the definition of Espert, arguing that it would function as a sign of an agreement in the midst of the strong confrontation in the PRO.
Rodríguez Larreta promotes him as a candidate for president, to try to attract a portion of Javier Milei's electorate. Macri and Bullrich reject it, considering it a maneuver to take votes away from her in the PASO, although they contemplate it in other candidacies, such as governor or senator in the province of Buenos Aires.
However, Council members aligned with Macri and Bullrich protested the urgency of the call, asked to move to an intermediate room and refused to define the discussion by a vote.
